The successful candidate will join our niche consultancy team that provides professional services and solutions to our corporate clients in the areas of Financial Performance Management.
Our FPM solutions and services cover the following business areas:

• Budget Planning & Forecasting Solutions
• Group Financial Consolidation & Reporting Solutions
• Profitability Modelling Solutions
• Management & Performance Reporting Solutions
• Financial Risk Reporting Solutions

Desired Skills & Experience
For the successful candidate, we will be looking for the following skills, experiences, and qualities;

• Deep understanding of Business Intelligence tools and techniques
• Experience with Cognos BI or Cognos Analytics platform and its tools
• Experience of developing professional reports with Cognos Report Studio
• Experienced on MS Office applications, especially being very competent on Microsoft Excel.
• Hands on experience with SQL and database management tools
• Preferably experience of building reports on dimensional models (ideally TM1 or SSAS)
• Preferably experience of modelling with OLAP tools such as TM1 or Microsoft SSAS
• Preferably experience of ETL tools such as TM1 Turbo Integrator or Microsoft SSIS
• Preferably experience of building mobile reporting solutions in Cognos BI environment
• Preferably knowledge and experience of using MDX with dimensional models
• Having a degree in Industrial Engineering, Management Information Systems, Software Engineering, or Computer Engineering from a reputable university.
• Fluent in Turkish and English languages
• Having the maximum self-confidence on analytical and problem solving skills and willing to make it an important part of his/her daily job.
• Clear, logical, and effective verbal/written communication skills. 
• Eager to learn, and willing to take responsibility.  A good team player, but also can do good work independently.
• Takes ownership of problems and develops sound solutions. 
• For male candidates, no military service requirement for the next 2 years.
