Software Solutions Sales & Marketing Executive​

Job Description
  • Perform necessary activities to increase the number of potential customers and the current database
  • Define and execute sales plans to generate direct revenue from license, maintenance, training and consulting sales
  • Discover what is important to the customer to understand business needs and define a sales closing plan
  • Perform and coordinate marketing activities to generate, qualify and prioritize business leads
  • Cooperate with consultancy teams and partners to write proposals, organize POCs and win deals
  • Systematically analyze market dynamics, competition and trends
  • Understand and apply contractual terms to limit risks and better negotiate
  • Contribute to brand & customer loyalty and support trusted relationships

Desired Skills & Experience
For the successful candidate, we will be looking for the following skills, experiences, and qualities;
  • The ideal candidate brings at least 3 years of sales experience requiring extensive interaction with end customers and their business needs.
  • Hands-on experience in all aspects of solution sales including lead qualification, cold calling, professional networking and vendor events, with an ability to plan, explain and execute processes to achieve sales outcomes.
  • Autonomous, calm, responsive, creative, tactical, proactive, punctual and rigorous.
  • Familiar with high tech industry (products, software and/or services) in the Business Intelligence, Corporate Performance Management, Financial Management, and Business Analytics landscape.
  • Experienced in direct and indirect business solution selling acquired in a software services environment.
  • Preferably sales experience to the clients in the industries of banking, automotive, retail, distribution, pharma, telco and chemical production. 
  • Readily able to bring and identify opportunities.
  • Superior oral and written communications skills in English and Turkish.
  • Solid presentation and organizational experience with webinar tools. Able to carry first level product demos and videos.
  • Comfortable working at all levels in an SME environment.
  • University degree in Business or Engineering
  • No military service obligation for the male candidates for at least 2 years
